At Sloane’s, we’ve been serving the Denver community for 40 years, selling and installing premium carpet in both homes and businesses. Here’s what you can expect when you stop by.
Personal Service
You’re welcome to just stop by the warehouse any time we’re open, but the best Sloane’s experience comes when you make an appointment ahead of time. When you arrive, one of our helpful staff will greet you at the door — they’ll be your Sloane’s contact the whole time you’re there, so you won’t have to chase down the nearest person to ask questions.
They’ll sit down with you in our showroom area, show you samples, and answer any questions you may have about what carpet works best in your home. We know that replacing carpet can be a daunting and confusing task — one most people have never tackled before! — so we’re here to help. The carpet you install will be the carpet you live with for years to come, so we want to make sure you’re getting the perfect one.
Once you’ve started to narrow down what you want, you’ll walk back into the warehouse area to look at your future carpet up close and in person. Most of our space is dedicated to the no-frills warehouse — we’re determined not to spend extra money on a fancy showroom, and we pass those savings on to you.
While you walk around the warehouse, if you see a roll of carpet that fits your needs, you can reserve it right then and there! Our inventory is constantly rotating in and out, and when you pick a roll of carpet, you’re getting that exact roll, so we can only reserve carpet with upfront payment.
Expert Staff
Don’t know what you’re looking for? Don’t worry! Lots of people are still living on the carpet that came with their house and don’t know the first thing about the range of textures, materials, colors, and styles that we carry.
Lucky for you, our staff are carpet experts through and through. We can tell you what kind of carpets are best suited for various rooms in your house, which ones are the most durable or stain-resistant, which ones are best suited for families, pet owners, or allergy sufferers, and anything else you might need to know.
You don’t even need to know your home’s measurements before you come in. It can be handy to get a ballpark figure before you arrive, since our carpet prices are listed by the square foot, but if you have an odd-shaped home or simply haven’t gotten around to it, don’t worry. We’ll send out measurers before we ship your carpet to make sure you’re not buying more than you need.
Our high standards for expertise extend to our installers, too. We don’t employ our own installers, but we work very closely with a network of carpet installers in the Denver area. None of them has fewer than ten years experience installing residential and commercial carpets, and some of them are even exclusive partners — they won’t install any carpet that doesn’t come straight from us. That’s why we’re confident enough to offer a lifetime installation warranty on all the carpet we install.

Garbanzo is the official mascot of Sloane’s Carpet Secret — he even looks a little bit like a carpet! He’s not as knowledgeable as the rest of our sales staff, but he’s just as friendly!
