At Sloane’s Carpet Secret, we have an inventory of over a million square feet of flooring. Unlike other retailers, Sloane’s doesn’t rely on special orders; we show and sell what we have. Our bulk ordering system and then only selling what we have in stock allows us to avoid the disappointment of you finding your ‘must-have,” only to learn it’s on backorder or it can’t be installed for six months. Customers tell us that this is a frustrating problem with other carpet sellers.
Having carpet in stock also helps us avoid the current supply chain backlogs and delays in manufacturer shipments. In the Store
In our new post-COVID-19, ‘normal’ many businesses also feel the strain of a smaller labor pool and less staff. Over the years, we’ve worked to mitigate any shortage by ensuring our team is happy and healthy and excited to come to work each day. We are thrilled to be able to count on our team in the store and our master installers.
Sloane’s staff are specialists and have been with us for years. In the store, you’ll see the same friendly faces you’ve always seen. You’ll also have the benefit of a flooring professional who can answer your questions, show you options for your unique needs and even make recommendations.
Fun fact: many of our sales staff are former installers with years of experience in the industry so, they know the products from top to bottom.
Installation
From the measuring appointment team to the master installers, our team has years of experience, and they know how to get the job done efficiently. You’ve made a significant investment, and proper installation is just as necessary as the flooring itself. Your home deserves a master installer who values quality over quantity of work.
