Sloane’s holds online appointments over ZOOM video conferencing. You connect via a smart phone, tablet or desktop computer.  Detailed instructions are emailed to you once you book an appointment. Prior to your virtual meeting, you will need to download the free ZOOM conferencing applications:

At the scheduled appointment time, Click on ZOOM link found in your appointment confirmation email or by going directly to your ZOOM app. If you have problems please call (303) 300-9555.

Yes!  The ZOOM application can be used from a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Just go to the app store on Android or Apple for a free download.

Find a quiet, well-lit and distraction-free area for your visit. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Test your video, audio and speakers on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Estimate the square footage of the room(s) you’d like to resurface. An approximate estimate is fine as the final estimate is conducted by your installer.

We have great in-store lighting to help showcase the various color contrasts. Our sales professionals take extreme close-up shots of selected flooring to show the differences in texture and tone.

An hour is scheduled, but we can take as much time as necessary to answer any and all of your questions.

Typically, installations occur 7-10 days after the order is placed. Depending on the time of the year, we may be able to accommodate requests for quicker installs. Just ask your experienced flooring representative.

As we would for any in-store appointment, we roll out the selected carpet to show you your final selection virtually. After your purchase, your installer also brings a sample of the carpet directly to you for approval. We also welcome you to come by and inspect the carpet in-person as well if needed.
