Greenwood Village is two markets sharing a map. On the residential side it's large-lot custom homes, many of them 1960s through 1980s contemporaries and ranches on an acre or more, where the decisions run toward wool, wide plank and long uninterrupted runs rather than anything standard-width. On the other side is the Denver Tech Center, where the person re-flooring an office suite often lives a mile from it.
